Infinite Learning, a division of PT Kinema Systrans multimedia (a subsidiary of Infinite Studios), is centered on the development of vocational training courses relevant to Infinite Studios activity and the growing demand of skilled talent within the ecosystem of Nongsa Digital Park.
Expanding on its current internal training operations, Infinite Learning has obtained in 2018 an LPK license from the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower. This allows them to carry out vocational training courses open to the public, which can be deployed in collaboration with local and international educational institutions.
Currently, Vocational Education activity is performed under the LPK license for training at NDP, in collaboration with Binar and Glints, and at the Infinite Learning Apple Developer Academy in Nongsa.
In partnership with Apple, Infinite Learning operates the Apple Developer Academy at Nongsa Digital Park.
Training at the Academy is aimed at developing apps for the world’s most innovative and vibrant app ecosystem. The program focuses on software development, startup creation, and app design with an emphasis on creativity and collaboration to empower and equip students to develop the skills needed to succeed. The Academy will attract students from a wide range of backgrounds with the training designed to support not only those with coding or computer science experience but young individuals interested in areas such as design and business.
The program will be open to Indonesian students.
Academy classes are all based on Challenge Based Learning (CBL) which is a multidisciplinary approach to teaching and learning. Using CBL, our teachers will encourage students to leverage the technology they use in their daily lives to solve real-world problems. CBL is collaborative and hands-on, asking students to work with other students, their teachers and experts in their communities and around the world to develop a deeper knowledge of the subjects they are studying. They will learn to accept and solve challenges, take action, share their experiences and enter into a global discussion about important issues.
Besides providing all students with soft skills (emotional intelligence, adaptability, ability to collaborate and negotiate, situational awareness, ability to communicate, etc.), the Developer Academy in Nongsa Digital Park will leverage on CBL to teach topics falling in the following fields:
1. Coding
• Basic and Advanced Object-Oriented Programming Concepts
